Notable Knights of the Baltimore City College : ウィキペディア英語版 | Notable Knights of the Baltimore City College
The Baltimore City College is one of the oldest public high schools in the United States, generally considered to be the third oldest. Since its establishment in 1839, hundreds of influential Maryland civic, political, business, commercial, industrial, and cultural leaders have passed through its doors. Many graduates of the City College (or "City", as it is often colloquially known), have served as members of the federal Congress and state General Assembly, judges, and journalists; leaders in business, commerce, and the military; and in the fields of science and the arts. They include three former Governors of Maryland, Nobel Prize, Pulitzer Prize, and Wolf Prize recipients. Of the seven Maryland recipients of the Congressional Medal of Honor between World War I and World War II, three were graduates of the Baltimore City College. Numerous bridges, buildings, craters, highways, institutions, monuments, and professorships have been named for B.C.C. alumni. ==Arts and entertainment==
